2. Scope of Services

We provide a range of IT services, including but not limited to:

  • Web and software development

  • Networking and cybersecurity

  • IT consulting and technical support

  • Digital marketing services

All services are customized based on client requirements and documented through formal quotations or contracts.


3. Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information

  • Cooperate with our team throughout the project

  • Ensure access to necessary platforms, credentials, or hosting (if required)

  • Make payments as agreed upon in the proposal or invoice


4. Payment Terms

  • A 50% advance is required to initiate most projects

  • The balance is due upon completion or final delivery

  • Late payments may incur additional charges or delay in service delivery


5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • All custom-developed software, code, or content will be the property of the client after full payment is received

  • FLEXNEST may retain the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio (unless restricted by NDA)


6. Confidentiality

We treat all client data, documentation, and discussions as confidential.
 No information will be disclosed to third parties without your consent unless legally required.


7. Project Revisions and Modifications

  • Minor revisions are typically included in the service scope

  • Major changes or new features outside the original scope may incur additional charges


8. Cancellation Policy

  • Either party may cancel the agreement with written notice

  • In case of cancellation, the client may be liable for work completed up to the cancellation date

  • Refer to our Refund Policy for applicable terms


9. Limitation of Liability

FLEXNEST will not be liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential loss or damage

  • Delays or disruptions caused by third-party platforms or services

  • Loss of data due to client negligence or unapproved software changes


10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure in performance resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, and governmental restrictions.


11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction within Lahore, Punjab.
